This picture Colleen took of us in the back of the car might be the only photo taken of my Halloween costume. We might have been the most done up people at Pretty Lights, which was a little sad. It took three days for my hair to be back to normal.

October has been a crazy busy month. It’s always my favorite month of the year, but this one has been especially stellar.
- First, there was Maria’s 24th birthday.
- Then, my sister turned 18.
- And then I didn’t work for two weeks and instead hung out in Folly Beach, SC for Erin and Jeff’s wedding. I made new friends and grew old friendships, tested my own limits, got extremely ill, saw the most beautiful night sky I’ve ever seen, and learned a whole lot about myself.
- After I returned to Louisville, it was crunch time for my Halloween costume, which is still not totally finished yet.
- And to cap the month off will be Pretty Lights in Nashville tomorrow!
